A workshop on “Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)” was conducted from 13 March to 17 March 2018 and earlier from 2 October to 5 October 2016 and from 10th August 2015 to 14th August 2015 . The workshop was conducted by Mr. Tejas Toro, a certified trainer withNational Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NFNLP) and International Coaching Federation.
The five day workshop was beneficial for HR students as it focused on the connection between mind and language and how that connection affects our body and behavior. At the end of five day programme, students were allotted certificates of NFNLP which would definitely give them enormous mileage from placements point of view and also add credibility to their resumes in the long run.
